About the role

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will own the single-record spine that powers Zaras — the data model, the field write path, and the office surfaces that read from it.

Responsibilities

• Own the job-record schema, its migrations, backfills, and rollbacks.
• Build and maintain the offline-first, optimistic write path used by the field app.
• Ship the dispatch and money surfaces end to end.
• Manage on-call response and resolution of production incidents.

Basic qualifications

• 4+ years shipping production web applications.
• 3+ years with TypeScript and React.
• 2+ years with Postgres, including non-trivial migrations.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.

Preferred skills and experience

• Experience building offline-first systems in production.
• Experience with Supabase, edge functions, or row-level security.
• Experience in vertical SaaS (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing).
• Comfort reading Swift or Kotlin to debug a field-app issue.
