About the role
Run on-site rollouts — train dispatchers, sit in trucks, and close the loop between customers and product. You will be the named owner of every new account’s first 60 days.
Responsibilities
- Lead on-site rollouts for new accounts (≈one week in four on the road).
- Train dispatchers and technicians; document what worked.
- Bring field observations back as concrete product changes.
- Own the success metric for the first 60 days of every account.
Basic qualifications
- 5+ years in implementation, ops, or customer-facing field work.
- Comfortable in a service-business environment (HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
- Willingness to travel ≈one week in four.
- Strong written communication.
Preferred skills and experience
- Background in trades or service operations.
- Built or run a dispatcher training program.
- Comfort reading product analytics.
- A bias toward writing things down.
