About the role

Design the office surface — dispatch, schedule, and the money flow that closes a job. You will work end to end from operator interviews through production polish, in close pairing with engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own dispatch, schedule, and quote-to-cash flows from research to ship.
• Run operator interviews and convert them into surface changes.
• Hold the bar for type, motion, density, and error states.
• Pair with engineers daily; prototype in code when it accelerates the decision.

Basic qualifications

• 5+ years designing production SaaS surfaces.
• A portfolio showing tradeoffs, not just final frames.
• Comfort with Figma, prototyping, and design systems.
• Operator-empathy: you have sat with real users on real days.

Preferred skills and experience

• Designed for dispatchers, schedulers, or operations roles.
• Vertical SaaS background.
• Can read and edit React for prototyping.
• Written about your work in public.
