Beta crews can now use Zaras on iPhone and Android

Starting today, beta crews can use the Zaras field app on iPhone and Android. It works from the same record as the web app, so the office and the crew look at the same job, the same schedule and the same invoice.

What crews can do from their phone

• See the day at a glance and the job that is happening now.
• Open the schedule, jobs and contacts from the tab bar.
• Add photos to a job.
• Get a customer's signature on an estimate.
• Record a payment on the spot.
• Track time and send timesheets for approval.
• Message the team in chat, with push notifications.
• Ask the Zaras assistant about the schedule, customers and money.

Built for the job site

If the signal drops while you record a payment, the app keeps it on the phone and sends it once you are back online.
