- Create a jobA job is a piece of work for one customer at one service address: what you will do, what it costs, who does it, and how often. Create one from scratch, or from an accepted estimate so the customer, address and line items come across.
- Finish a job — complete, invoice, cancel or reopenA job ends Completed or Cancelled. Completing it unlocks invoicing; until an invoice exists (or you say one is not needed) the job stays flagged Needs invoice.
- Run a visit in the Zaras appA technician's day runs from the visit. Open it from Home or Schedule in the Zaras app: it shows the customer, address, instructions and who is assigned, plus a pinned row of actions that changes as the visit moves from Planned to In Progress to Completed.
- Schedule a visit on a jobA job is the work; a visit is an appointment on that job. Only visits appear on the calendar, so a job with no visit is real work that nobody is scheduled to do — the lists call that Unscheduled.
